its glorious weather outside

gah! I saw one of the cutest guys I’ve ever laid eyes on today as I was leaving the library. Oh my goodness was he cute. And to make things even better he was wearing this wooden cross necklace-so I’m pretty sure he is a christian. So I started aiming my friend about it and here’s basically part of the convo with some editing done to make it run a bit smoother:

me: i saw the cutest guy today.
her: really?? oh dooo share
me: annnd to make it even more awesome, he had on this wooden cross necklace. but he was so good looking. really tall, skinny, and hair b/w archer’s length and what used to be dt’s. dark brown.
her: awwww…you should have followed him around….i totally see this guy at the library coffee shop like once a week who looks like Jude from across the universe…. :D
me: haha thats awesome!
me: when i was leaving the library he was walking up the ramp to it
her: do a U-ey
me: he was adorable! in fact, he was so cute, i called my best friend and left her a voicemail-i never do that! haha. it’ll give her something to laugh at me about now. lol
me: no…i didn’t pull a u-ey…i should have though
her: yes, and then been like hey “you know how much a polar bear weighs?” and then when he asks how much you say “enough to break the ice, nice to meet you” introductions follow
me: I’m laughing so hard right now
me: there is no way in this life i would ever have enough guts to do that! no freakin way
her: hahahahahaha, but isn’t it soo AWESOME a plan
me: hahaha. it was all i could do not to run into the poor guy as we walked towards eachother and passed.
me: like you have no idea!
her: hahahahaha, of course THAT could be a great way to meet people, unfortunately it only seems to occur with the not extremely hot ones…not that they probably don’t have awesome personalities…it’s just not as much to brag about :D
me: hahaha this is great! and sooo true!

it was a great convo! lol :) we then went on to talk about how its hard to find really hott looking christian guys who are nice. but oh well. i’m not really looking for a guy right now. no offense to any male who reads this, but, ya’ll are hard work. haha. im sure us girls are no better, but im just happy to be single for now. :) besides, i don’t need to look for a guy. God’s going to send one my way eventually, just like he sent 2 good ones before, and even though those relationships didn’t work out I still learned from them, and I definetely respect one of them…not so much the first guy though…anyways, yea. God’s gonna send someone my way eventually, so for now, why not enjoy the uncomplications of life that comes with being single? eh?? :P besides, nothing is wrong with admiring God’s creation…am I right? hehe
