Last night I saw There Will Be Blood. Talk about a random movie. It’s about an oil tycoon, but it was just so weird, and slow! But the ending was just so random, that it made up for the slowness (almost). I only had to pay $1.50 for it, so I wasn’t too disappointed. College is amazing. One reason being all the sneak preview tickets that they hand out around here. Tonight I’m going to watch Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and then on Thursday I’m watching Smart People, the new movie with the girl from Juno. I’m excited. Then in a few weeks, they’re showing The Forbidden Kingdom…Jet Li meets Jackie Chan…how awesome is that? 
At least it gives us something to do at nights instead of just being bored.
Speaking of bored, that was not this past weekend. Friday night was cafe xa, and then afterwards we chilled at my place all night. Played numerous card games, such as scum, nerts, uno. We also hooked up the computer to the tv so we could watch The IT Crowd & Mighty Boosh. Around midnight we got soo hungry, so into the cars we piled and our needs were met with IHOP. I’ve never eaten at IHOP until then. Oh my goodness was it good. I got their strawberry-banana french toast with a side of hash browns. Ohh man was I loving that. I think the new food tradition should be midnight IHOP runs on Friday nights now. After that we just went back to my place to chill somemore.
Saturday was rainy, just like the past week and half have been, but we still met up to play kickball. I, actually, couldn’t play even though I so badly wanted to, but I had a test today that I had to study for so instead I just drove ppl to the baseball field and watched them from the car where I was studying. I also snapped some pictures on my 35mm just for practice. We’ll see how those turned out. Then everyone came back to my place, took showers since they were uber muddy, and we crashed in the living and front porch playing games & watching tv. DT, Paulina, Davina & I ended up going to Beansprout for some chinese food cuz I was starving and then bascially as soon as we got back everyone else was heading out. So we ate and then went to catch up with them all at DT’s apt where we brought out RockBand, and for once I actually played. I did the drums for a while (love the drums!) and then I finally picked up the guitar. Oh man was I bad at the guitar, I failed like 3 times during the first song. But it was alright, cuz I started getting the hang of it during the 2nd song.
The guys and Anna ended up making a mini-lan party with 4 or 5 laptops so they could all play Warcraft. That was hilarious. Dusty & I were so incredibly bored by the end of the night. So incredibly bored. At least we got to play Apples To Apples for a while which is a very fun game.
Yesterday, I went with Bobby, Dt, Willer, Sarah, Vargas, and Beth to a new church called True Live. Its an A/G church that just started up. It was alright. We ended up being 1/2 the congregation, thats how small it was. Afterwards I was able to talk everyone into going to Red Robin!! 
That made my day! I haven’t had Red Robin in forever and it tasted soo incredibly GREAT! The afternoon was spenting writing my extra credit law assignment, studying for my test, and doing my checkbooks. Right now I’m watching The IT Crowd because its just the greatest show in the world. I can’t wait for Thursday because The Office comes back!!!!! I’m soo excited that its coming back!!
I’m turning 20 in a little over a month. I can’t believe it. Its unreal. Two decades old…thats crazy!! Anways, I’m out.
